Volusion customer, The Pashmina Store, has been named a Top Innovator of 2010 by Apparel Magazine after growing their online business to surpass $1 million in sales. Other recipients of this award include Juicy Couture, Tommy Bahama and JCPenney.
We’re thrilled to receive news of yet another customer achieving something great, even legendary. Houston-based e-tailer, The Pashmina Store, was recently named a “Top Innovator of 2010” by Apparel magazine. The Pashmina Store creates extremely high quality, super-soft cashmere shawls, wraps and blankets.
To give an idea of how big this is for Blair Rhodes, owner of The Pashmina Store, this list of leading innovators includes megabrands like JCPenney, Saks Fifth Avenue, Tommy Bahama and Juicy Couture. Here’s how Apparel Magazine describes the winners:

The Pashmina Store definitely fits that description, especially after meeting an intense goal. In order to earn more leverage with suppliers, Blair wanted to surpass $1 million in sales. Thanks to his ingenuity and help from our ecommerce software, he was able to do so and truly launch his business to the next level. Blair and his team’s hard work is clearly paying off, and his deservedly been recognized by such a renowned publication.
