Last week, eMarketer reported that online sales are projected to $54.5 billion in the 2012 holiday season, a whopping increase of 16.8%. With this much money up for grabs, every second counts as we lead up to the busiest time of year for ecommerce sites.

    Countless studies show that having professional photos of your products increases conversion rates. A search on google for “Product Photo” will show you a variety of studios to choose from if you want upgrade your images.

    If you haven’t done so yet, add Volusion live chat to your site. Customers like having someone to “talk” to if they have any questions or special needs. Live chat adds a “face” to your business. If you’re available to them that can make all the difference between them buying, or them moving on to someone else’s site!
