RaveCapture's integration into Volusion allows merchants to automatically request reviews for products and their company. When a customer purchases a product, RaveCapture will que a review request to send based on a specified number of days after the order is fulfilled; this is determined by the merchant.

When merchants receive or import reviews into RaveCapture, through simple HTML they are able to install Product Review Widgets, Q&A functionality, give custom the ability to leave a review on their website and create customized visual display widgets to highlight customer photos and videos.
