“Website Redesign! We’ve done a lot with our freebie template, but it’s time for something super custom!”
– Brandi,

“I agree with Brandi, time for a website facelift.. But we are waiting until the 2011 release of volusion ahead of time.”
– Sean,

“I support eCommerce Merchants of many sizes. This year was MUCH improved compared to last year. Most of my group indicates that improved handling of incoming calls resulted in higher numbers of phone orders, and cross selling was more effective once they established a more “personal” relationship with their customers. Customers also wanted bargains, and presentation of product with “worth to price” emphasized and grounded led to higher order volumes and a decreased number of abandoned carts. Selling smarter and paying greater attention to the customer will result in improved 2011 performance.”
– Bob,

“This year add a blog and keep inventory more up to date.”

“Improve upon generic product descriptions provided by Manuf and create a lot of original content.”

“Improve my product mix, update my template with some design changes and get back to my blog. Make More Cents – unique gifts to encourage money-savvy kids and money-wise adults.”

“To start thinking — and acting — bigger. Our products are taking off, so we’re going to delve into TV advertising, call centers, and more. 2011 is going to be very exciting and fun!”

“More great products for my customers. Business is really starting to boom. By incorporating new and used products together and offering a greater range our customers are really getting excited.”

“We are going to switch our template to the V-Basic and dress it up real nice with a brand new white background to make the site easier to read. We will then be integrating our Store, Forum, and brand new Content Based site all in one.”

“Consistently add new product and update inventory status. Also want to be much more consistent in marketing to my existing customers.”

“Get more new t-shirt designs.”

“A Wild Soap Bar is going organic with fresh new packaging and a brand new Volusion website in 2011! Can’t wait!”

“To add a feedback survey to make sure we are hearing our customers.”

“I’m going to open a second volusion store for a few of our core products that have done exceptionally well this past year. A new domain, new design package, new ppc marketing, new categories and SEO leg work. I must be a glutton for punishment, but Volusion makes it so easy!”

“To work on SEO to improve organic top 10 keyword searches. Volusion functionality really helps make it easy with the off page optimisation here!”
