    Hello,

I found a drop shipper however, I do not currently have a website up and running. Should I put a site online before calling a drop shipper or is it ok call then an let them know you are developing a site and need products to add to it.

    Regards,

    Chris S.

Howdy Chris, that’s a good question of chicken and egg, and it honestly doesn’t make a huge difference. I’d recommend getting started with your website so you can begin working on basic site design and setup, but you can simultaneously be working with your drop shipper to determine which products you need so you can begin loading those into your ecommerce site. Hope this helps!

    Hi Matt:

I am creating a site focused on selling eco/green products for the home, family, lifestyle etc… Doba offers very few green items and Honest Green has a good selection but no apparel, home decor etc… Any suggestions for green drop ship wholesale sources ?

    Thanks for your help,
    Anne

Hey Anne, best of luck on the new site. I personally don’t know of any green dropshipping or wholesale sources off the top of my head. Anyone else have suggestions to help Anne out? Sorry I couldn’t be of more assistance on this one. -Matt

Great sales people but lacks a strong data feed. It’s full of poor quality data which is a liability for any drop ship business.

    Hello,

Does Volusion have any call center recommendations. We would like to outsource our phone orders to a call center and we want someone familiar with the back end of volusion.

      Hi Justin,

Unfortunately we’re not currently partnered with any call center providers. We do have a partnership with Grasshopper, but they provide toll-free numbers and extensions to handle your own customer service, as opposed to outsourcing it. Wish I could be of better help – let me know what you find!
