Do you suggest the flash sale be a coupon that needs to be entered or simply lowering the price for a few hours?

Hi Emily, that’s an excellent question. Either option is totally fine – the nice thing about simply reducing the price is that it removes the step of customers needing to enter a coupon code. My personal preference, however, would be to offer a coupon code, that way you have more control over exactly how many products you sell at the discounted rate. On top of that, you’ll also have an easier time tracking the results of the flash sale based on the code itself. Thanks for watching!

Can you use flash sales for your service?

Hey Mike, sorry, I didn’t understand your question – could you clarify so I can get back to you? Thanks! -Matt

We tried a flash sale and it worked brilliantly! How often do you think we could do these without them losing their impact?
