Cascade Mountain Tech strives to provide high quality outdoor products and exceptional customer experiences through outstanding customer service and by sharing their knowledge and love for the great outdoors.

Cascade Mountain Tech’s Challenges

Cascade Mountain Tech began their online store in 2011, but first reached out to Volusion Marketing Services in 2015. They needed additional help tapping their target audience and growing their online presence through Social Media Marketing. One of their primary challenges is that prior to the launch of their online store, their products were only sold at Costco, and at a lower cost.

Volusion’s Strategy

Beginning in April 2015, Volusion implemented a Social Media Marketing strategy to:

  • Increase brand awareness and online reputation as well as product exposure via Social Networks
  • Reach and engage with target audience through weekly Facebook, Twitter and Reddit posts as well as Facebook Advertising
  • Engage in blogger outreach to gain product reviews that bolster brand awareness, promote individual products and earn high quality links strengthening social and organic visibility despite strong Costco competition

Moving forward, we continue to work on building our audiences across several social networks further strengthening the Cascade Mountain Tech brand as well as exploring additional opportunities for growth.
