State of Ecommerce Survey Results

The results from our State of Ecommerce survey are in! Read all about how online store owners and online shoppers answered our questions about the industry.

We asked, you responded. A special thanks to everyone who participated in our survey posted in the November newsletter. We received 100 responses, 50 from online store owners and 50 from online shoppers. The idea was to compare the opinions from both groups to see how they align. And based on the results, everyone is on the same page!

Results from Online Store Owners

1. Why do you think customers choose to shop online versus shopping at a physical store? (Select all that apply).
