Website redirecting to IP address instead of domain name

Question / Problem: Why does my website redirect to the IP address instead of my domain name?


Answer / Solution: After you make your DNS change and it has propagated (typically 24-48 hours), the site will pull up using the domain name, however it will redirect back to the IP address. To correct this, go to Settings —> QuickSetup area and complete the domain name setup. (This area is located at the bottom of the window.)

You update your domain name to reflect the actual domain name (it will most likely be populated with the IP address, and that is what you will be changing) for this site.  After updating both fields for the domain name (see the example format, shown in the far right column), you should then save changes and your site's configuration should be complete.
