Question / Problem: Why does my banner repeat across the top of my website?


Answer / Solution: The banner you're referring to is the "Company Logo 1", which is an image that is 1600 pixels wide.

To create the proper background, go to Webmaster —> Branding Images.  The first upload option is Company Logo 1.  You will see two images (one below the other).  One will have the company name and the other will just be the background with no company name.  Right-click the background without the company name and save it onto your computer.

You can now use this as your template to create your logo.  Simply open this picture in your photo editing program and put your company name or logo onto it, save the picture and then go back to Branding Images and upload that edited image file to your store.
