The right technology can make a world of difference to a non-profit agency
Non-profits are often the last types of organizations to obtain IT departments and the resources needed to build their presence online. In order to qualify to receive a free store, all eligible non-profits must:
- Be a recognized charitable, nonprofit, non-governmental organization in the United States and must provide appropriate documentation to prove this status
- Have a primary purpose and published mission statement that are non-religious. For example, houses of worship or educational institutions with a sole religious curriculum are not eligible, whereas social service groups sponsored by religious organizations and serving the community at large may be eligible
- Have a primary purpose that is not political
- Not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, or national origin, religious affiliation, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, physical appearance, language, educational background, or veteran status

Then, send an email to nonprofit@volusion.com with your 501(c)(3) documentation, a description of your organization’s mission statement, as well as how Volusion can help fulfill this mission.
